Full Year Rental Management

Applicable where the Owner does not permanently reside at the Property and makes it available for year-round holiday rental, including periods where the Property may be unoccupied between guest bookings.

Exterior monitoring services are arranged by Sterling, but the cost of such services shall be for the Owner’s account.
